The people and hardware behind the install

Some parts of a building are best handled by a specialist. Where that is true we partner rather than pretend, so you get the engineering of a manufacturer and the accountability of one contractor on site.

Why it matters to you

One contractor on site, the right equipment in the ceiling

Buying direct from a manufacturer usually means coordinating a separate installer. Hiring a generalist usually means whatever hardware they happen to stock. We do neither.

Specified properly

Systems are designed against your actual floor plan and ceiling before anything is ordered, not sized from a rule of thumb.

Installed by us

The same crew that runs your cabling installs the system. There is no handoff between a supplier and a subcontractor for you to manage.

Supported afterwards

Tuning, adjustments and additions come back to one number. You are not calling a manufacturer support line about a room you cannot describe.

Sound masking

Elite Wiring is a dealer for Lonestar Acoustics, a sound masking specialist based in Allen, Texas that supports installations across all fifty states.

Sound masking is the one service on our list where the design matters more than the install. A system that is specified wrongly does not sound broken, it just quietly fails to do anything, which is why so many people think masking does not work.

Lonestar is an authorized distributor of Cambridge Sound Management, now part of Biamp. Working through them means the systems we install are engineered by people who do nothing else, and that the equipment is genuine and supported rather than sourced from wherever it was cheapest.

The two product lines cover the two situations you find in real buildings, which is the choice we walk through with you on site:

  • Cambridge QtPro for direct-field masking, where emitters sit in or below the ceiling and fire down into the space
  • DynasoundPro for indirect-field masking, where sound is distributed above the ceiling or across large open volumes

Which one suits your building depends on the ceiling, and that is a decision we make standing in the room. Our sound masking service page explains the difference in full.

What this means on your project

You get a system designed by a specialist, installed by the contractor already running your cable, and tuned after commissioning rather than left at the factory default.

Access control and cameras

Elite Wiring is a Verkada partner for access control and commercial security cameras.

Verkada builds cloud-managed cameras and door access hardware that are administered from one browser window rather than a recorder in a closet that somebody has to remember the password for. For a business with more than one door, or more than one building, that difference is the whole point.

It also fits how we already work. The cabling, the enclosure, the door hardware and the camera all go in on the same visit, labeled and tested like everything else we install.

  • Cloud-managed, so there is no recorder to maintain on site
  • One system across multiple doors, floors or buildings
  • Access permissions changed without a service call
  • Installed and documented by the same crew running your cabling

See access control installation for how we scope and price a controlled door.

What this means on your project

Cameras and door access are specified, installed and labeled as one job alongside your structured cabling, rather than bolted on afterwards by a separate vendor.

We walk the space before we quote it, so the recommendation fits the ceiling you actually have rather than the one on the drawing.
